Timezone/Country: - Singapore, GMT +8 In your timezone, what times are you usually active?: - From 4pm to 6:30pm, and from 8:30pm - 11pm/1am - 1:30am (11pm on weekdays, 1am/1:30am on weekends) What days are you usually active? And generally what times?: - I'm usually online after school during the weekdays after 4pm, with the exception of Wednesdays and Fridays where I have football training. However, my school holidays are starting in 1 week from the time of writing this, so I will be available all day during the holidays. How many hours can you contribute each day to Immortal Realms?: - I can contribute roughly 2 to 4 hours on weekdays, with the exception of Wednesday and Fridays as aforementioned. When my school holiday arrives, I will be available all afternoon, as my football practice will be shifted to the mornings. As for weekends, I can contribute anywhere between 2 hours to 6 hours on weekends. Which games do you usually play?: - As I am a professional footballer, I often spend time outdoors during the weekdays, so I do not play much, hence I mostly play Minecraft as well as Warframe during my free time. How many staff applications have you made before?: - This is my first application for Immortal Realms. Do you have any previous experience with moderation of servers?: - Yes. I have been a staff member in 2 previous servers. I was an Executive Manager/Head of Staff in my first server, and an Administrator in my second server, which I left just over a week ago at the time of writing this. Do you understand that this is a difficult role with a lot of pressure?: - Of course. As mentioned previously, I am a professional footballer. I am weighed down by high expectations from my coach, my teammates, friends as well as family to perform extraordinarily each time I am on the pitch. And as mentioned again, I have held 2 high positions within the staff ranks of servers, therefore I am no stranger to pressure and burden placed upon my shoulders. When I am at the edge of burnout, a simple break of 3 days to a week from duties will often relieve my stress hugely, and I always return fresh and energized to help out in the team once more. Why should we choose you as staff over somebody else?: - I believe myself to be a very proficient leader in a team, especially during tight and urgent situations where someone has to step up and take charge, but nobody is willing to. - I am a quick learner and a fast and logical thinker; I rarely have to be told more than once what is expected of me, and I can usually make logical decisions in a short span of time. - I am an independent thinker; I am often able to make decisions by myself, and rarely need the guidance of others unless I am truly lost. - I also believe myself to be a person who is a good team player; I always try my best to work with everyone, whether I like or dislike the people. - Lastly, I am a swift responder on online platforms during my free time. If I am free, I can usually respond to enquiries from players in less than 15 to 20 minutes.
