I am applying for the brand new Towny Server.

How long have you been playing on Immortal Realms?:

I have been playing on Immortal Realms since late November of 2020 (Approx. 2 months). I have around 20+ days of playtime on the survival server and around 5+ hours on the Towny Server.

Timezone / Country: (Which country do you live in? What is the Timezone that you use?):

Philippine Standard Time (GMT+8). I live in the Philippines.

In your Timezone, What times are you usually active?:

I hop on the server around 8-10 AM and take multiple breaks (logging in and out). I head out around 10-11 PM. My schedule is still unstable as I'm attending to two schools and do household chores here and there.

Which days are you usually active? and generally what times?:

I am always active everyday, weekends and weekdays around 10 AM - 11 PM, of course with multiple breaks on the middle. My schedule is still unstable and may change once in a while due to nature of my situation.

How many hours can you contribute each day to Immortal Realms?:

I can contribute 2-12 hours a day on Immortal Realms. Since my other school will be starting soon, I'd say 1-5 hours a day in the near future.

Which games do you usually play?:

Currently, I am only playing Minecraft. I have played several games before such as CS:GO, CS 1.6, CS:S, PUBG, Paladins, Left 4 Dead 2, and AQW.

How many staff applications have you made before?:

This is my first time ever making a staff application on a Minecraft server. I have thought about this for a few months and I can safely say I am ready to make my first step.

Do you have any previous experience with moderation on servers?:

I do not have any experience with any server moderation, considering that I have never applied to become a staff.

Do you understand that this is a difficult role with a lot of pressure?:

I do understand that this is a difficult role to manage. There will be a lot of challenges and difficulties along the way but I am confident that I will get through it all. I am willing to sacrifice my time and effort to provide a better experience and service for the players and the community. Becoming a staff also means becoming a role model to the community so I must maintain proper behavior and act decently all the time especially when dealing with players.

A lot of pressure can be very stressful for some, but for me it only acts as an adrenaline to push me to the limits, and make me do things faster and better. I also have to balance being a staff with being a student and, a son, and a brother. It may seem like a lot of jobs to do but I am very good at multitasking, trust me. There will be times that I will make mistakes and errors but with the proper guidance of the other staffs, I know that I will do well in my tasks.

Why should we choose you as staff over somebody else?:

I have been playing on the server for a couple of months now and have made good relationships. And for all these months I have learned so many things, not just in Minecraft but also in real life. I know how to socialize with people, build friendships and most importantly, I know how to maintain them. I believe I can get along with most of the other staffs, but my main goal is to build a strong relationship with the players, to earn their trust, so they know that I am always there whenever they need me.

I have observed the players' behavior and tried to understand them as much as possible. I can safely tell if they are a threat to the community and if they deserve the spanky-spanky.

I am willing to help people, especially the newbies that badly need help. I can teach people how to do things and whatnot, and if there's something I do not know, google is just a search away. I always try my best to always respond to a question, even though I'm not the one being asked.
