• How long have you been playing on Immortal Realms?: Actually I don't know the exact dat but all I know is it was the month of November, let's just say Novermber 2, 2020. • Timezone / Country: GMT+8/ Philippines

• In your Timezone, What times are you usually active?: I am always active from morning to night, approximately 8am to 9pm or above. (Depends on my in real life situation)

• Which days are you usually active? and generally what times? I am online everyday Monday - Sunday, weekends 7am to 10pm but in weekdays 8am to 9pm or above.

• How many hours can you contribute each day to Immortal Realms?: Approximately 8 hours or above (As I said it depends on my in real life situation).

• Which games do you usually play?: I only play Minecraft alone only, since this is where I practice building, terraforming, and making something new/enchancing creativity since I want to be an Engineer when I finish school.

• How many staff applications have you made before? This is my first time applying as a staff in a Minecraft server.

• Do you have any previous experience with moderation on servers? Sadly, I don't have any experiences just like I said this is my first time applying one. • Do you understand that this is a difficult role with a lot of pressure? I agree and understand how difficult this role can be because it talks about leadership, communication skills, socialize, and gives alot of responsibilities plus this is my first time applying to have a role in a server. I actually handle pressure by being productive and creative, for me I reduce my pressure by doing something new such as practicing digital drawings and analyzing in real life problems instead of panicking, I handle pressure by being cool or calm such as writing down a plan on what are the things to do and this helped me tackle the plans I did. Because I believe that with perseverance and focus, speeds up and helps us manage the task as soon as possible.

• Why should we choose you as staff over somebody else? Why you should choose me? Because I am responsible, productive, creative and ready to dedicate my time to this responsibility especially, ready to communicate and open up my chat box to people who needs help. I can also understand and analyze the situation of an individual, and I separate the immature activities to professionalism. I manage time wisely and I am a person who plans and finish tasks ahead of the deadline. I also have good communication skills, I can reply and act at the same time to a person who has an issue or who just needs help. Honestly, I actually work better under pressure and I've found that I enjoy working in a challenging environment or surroundings and this helps me enhance my leadership, confidence and handling responsibilities. You know, I actually asked myself over and over again on why am I applying to be a staff? I want to help people, I am not here for fame or any unhealthy or toxic ideas, instead I applied because I know what's the purpose of a helper, the point of being a helper or a staff is to make difference, it is to communicate, and it is to have purpose in the server beyond just playing games or whatsoever and especially it is not just to make yourself famous. As my dad said to me that helping people is more rewarding than being famous (he actually said this to me since, before my dad plays Minecraft with me when I was 12 years old and also a retired owner of a server).
