for this question i would rather change it to ask about discord as i want to apply for staff there rather than mc because im much more active on discord then minecraft.

I play alot of games. i do not stick with one game for an extreme amount of time. to specify what games i play, ima just say the genre of game. FPS Building/freeplay/sandbox

• Do you have any previous experience with moderation on servers?

little to none, mainly because most if not all of my servers don't need or want knew applicants

• Do you understand that this is a difficult role with a lot of pressure?

•I Understand The pressure, and skill required since its very hard to control your time with real life since some of us are in a pandemic right now and are busy trying to buy toilet paper maybe sand paper or masks, and that it really is hard to balance your time with the server and crappy life, especially something like bills or mortgage etc, i understand the level required to be a moderator.

•I have an idea of the skill that is required for being a Staff member and that it requires a lot of effort. on-top of that, dealing with players that hack/cheat or just don't follow rules in general can be a nuance. any player that doesn't respect people would be really hard to control especially, this is why i think being a Chat Moderator/Admin/Moderator is really, really hard. And i would like to try a shot at this challenge, I'm sure it will be fun.

Why should we choose you as staff over somebody else?

•The reason why you should Choose me other than anybody is that I am very hardworking although I may make mistakes, I will help in anyway i can, i will try to make things better so that everyone can have fun, i would rather have fun events than simple boring things, i prefer to have fun but I'm a drone so yea ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .

•As a mod/admin/helper whatever, i will try to help out in anyway i can And Take care of tasks, and do anything that is asked of me.

• And yes I consider my self Unique since, I am, as stated earlier, Hardworking. I could and will benefit the server, both for my experience and just be an all out friendly person.

•When it comes to moderating, depending on what rule they break and what they do i will issue a equal punishment.

•Another thing that I consider my self as Unique is that I am very responsible, If I do anything wrong I will own up and just tell the truth if I ever did something or not, I am honest and selfless, I will think of what simple actions could and how they can effect the players or servers future I will try to avoid making problems for others and prevent huge mistakes which could take up time of others, which maybe very precious to them.

•I will attempt to complete any work given to me by others, as long as i can do it

(something humanly possible, like i don't know something i can do, instead of asking me to do something like wash your car or whatever)
