Yes, I understand. Im used to pressure, I always handle the pressure very calmy and smoothly. I find that when I have multiple projects, deadlines, and Task at the same time, I’m at my most productive. I’m careful to prioritize tasks and to structure ways for me to manage my time and energy proactively. Having it all planned out minimized unnecessary stress and allowed me to focus on execution, which was the most exciting part for me.
• Why should we choose you as staff over somebody else?
I think I am the right person for this job because I am an extremely hardworking person with a lot of self-confidence and leadership abilities. I also won a tournament in regional for being the "Best Animator" in Manila last year. I can animate some lands in this server to make it more beautiful and thrilling. As a student and Player, I have the urge to bring something new to the table and make this server the best in Minecraft. This can be validated by the ‘Best Server’ award. Overall with my skill sets and abilities, I promise to deliver high-quality work. And that’s what makes me the best.
