In-Game Username: Cryomancer20 Discord Name: Cryomancer#7777 Age: 18 How long Have you been playing on Immortal Realms?: I've just recently joined this week. Time Zone: EST, GMT -4 Activity Time: Usually anywhere from 4-6 hours daily and consistently. From 4pm to 10pm. Within discord, i am active all day, checking in very frequently. Will appear in game for 7 days of the week. Which games do you usually play?: Mostly Minecraft. Rocket League and Geometry dash sometimes. How many staff applications have you made so far?: This is my first application for this server Do you have any previous experience with moderation on a server?: Yes, i used to staff another server for a couple of months, in game and in discord. Do you understand that this is a difficult role with a lot of pressure? Of course. This is the main reason why i want to be part of a staff team. I love facing challenges, and overcoming them. With past experience, i know how to handle many possible situations. Why should we choose you as staff over anyone else?: I staffed another server for half a year. I went through staff ranks like Jr-mod, Mod, and even Admin. I was admin for roughly 3 months before resigning. I generally know how to use the commands provided as a staff member (There are bound to be similarities with this server and the other server i staffed), and i know how to handle, lead, and help players in need. Most of all, as a staff member here, i wont require a lot of training to get used to the commands/whatever else is thrown at me as staff. What makes you unique/what are your strengths? > I have a lot of free time despite having Uni and work. > I have previous experience with player handling, appeals, and slight backend work. > Im a quick learner. I will easily learn anything shown to me and will forever memorize it for duties. > I generally enjoy getting to know players personally and gaining their trust (As a person irl as well) > I priorities staff duties over playing as a player/playing other games. > Quick responder: Ill answer any queries in game/in discord hastily and in the best possible way possible. > Self Control: No matter what situation i face, I will never lash out on a player, or anyone for that matter. I have a lot of more "perks" as a person, but i wouldnt want to make this thread too long :)
